Meet Matt Veatch, New Senior Vice President of Executive Benefits

The Insurance Partners is proud to welcome Matt Veatch to the team as Senior Vice President of Executive Benefits. He brings more than 25 years of executive benefits and nonqualified deferred compensation experience with him. In this role, Matt will help our business partners use creative strategies to help their clients address their pressing concerns with recruitment, retention, and benefit restoration, particularly with top talent. 

“I’ve known Matt for years and he’s incredibly knowledgeable and talented,” Managing Principal Mike Zimmerman shares. “His expertise in holistic executive benefits consulting, especially nonqualified deferred compensation plans, will have an immediate impact on the markets we serve.”

Matt brings with him a wide range of experience including owning his own practice, working within some of the largest employee benefit and financial services firms in the country, working with employers of all types and within executive benefit structures of all types, plus working on the insurance carrier side.

“I love connecting with our business partners and sharing how we can help their clients address top talent and executive retention concerns,” Matt shares. “I’ve sat on the side of the table that our advisors sit on. I've owned my own practice, and I've worked within some of the largest firms in the country, running the executive benefits practice and consulting with clients. | have a good sense of the many challenges our advisors face, and know how we can best support them in a manner that allows them to not take their eye off of their day-to-day focus.”
